Service Overview
Atrium’s Acne Care Program is a high‑touch program for clients who want expert, ongoing acne management, as well as same-day appointments for minor flares, extractions and management of pimples.
What a visit or membership includes
Whether you need a one-time treatment for an “emergency pimple” before a big event, or want longer term, easy access to a medical provider for longitudinal acne care, this service is for you. For acne care, this may include topical, oral, in‑office options (such as steroid injections) when appropriate, as well as:
- Regular follow‑up visits to monitor your skin, adjust your regimen, and address inflammation or scarring over time.
- Priority access for acute flares, including same‑day or next‑day appointments when available for steroid injections for more immediate relief and targeted extractions of painful or cosmetically urgent lesions.
- Convenient access for select minor medical concerns (such as simple rashes, minor infections, medication refills, and straightforward wound checks or basic stitches/suturing during office hours when appropriate).
How access and scheduling work
- Since many pimples and acne-related issues that spring up unexpectedly, members have priority access to appointments not visible online, and mainly communicate with us over text (like their own personal concierge) to schedule appointments. Members may also call the office during business hours for triage and appointment booking related to covered concerns.
- Members are prioritized for same‑day appointments whenever the schedule allows, with next‑day options offered when same‑day times are not available; specific time slots cannot be guaranteed.
- Some services (such as prescription medications, advanced procedures, or skincare products) may involve additional fees, which will be discussed before treatment.
Other things to know
- This membership is not health insurance and does not replace your primary care physician, dermatologist, urgent care, or emergency room.
- The program focuses on acne, basic skin concerns, and select minor, non‑emergency issues that are appropriate for management in our office setting.
- Our office does not prescribe any controlled medications (including but not limited to stimulants, benzodiazepines, or opioid pain medications) under this membership or otherwise.

Members enjoy direct text-based scheduling with our office team—like having a personal skincare concierge. You’ll have access to same-day or next-day visit options that aren’t shown on our online booking calendar, depending on provider availability.
No. This membership is a self-pay program and does not replace or function as health insurance. It’s designed to complement your traditional medical care by offering convenient, expert support for acne and select minor skin concerns.
While the focus is acne care, members can also be seen for minor rashes, simple infections, medication refills, wound checks, or basic stitches when appropriate. More complex or emergency conditions will be referred to your primary care provider or dermatologist.
