1. Sponsor
Atrium Medspa, 380 NJ-17, Upper Saddle River, NJ 07458 (“Sponsor”).
Each giveaway in this series is conducted in partnership with a participating fitness studio (“Co-Host”). The Co-Host for each drawing is identified in the corresponding Instagram post.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any and all liability arising from this promotion. You understand that you are providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the State of New Jersey and the State of New York who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Entrants must have a valid public Instagram account.
Employees of Sponsor and of the applicable Co-Host, and members of their immediate families and households, are not eligible to win.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry period
Drawing No. 1, in partnership with Pvolve Upper Saddle River
Entry opens September 25, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time and closes October 2, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.
Subsequent drawings in this series will be conducted with additional Co-Hosts on dates announced in the corresponding Instagram posts. Each drawing is governed by these Official Rules, with the entry period, prize and Co-Host as stated in the applicable post.
Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this promotion.
4. How to enter
Standard method. During the entry period, on the designated giveaway post on Sponsor’s Instagram account (@atriummedspa):
- Follow @atriummedspa and the Co-Host account identified in the post.
- Tag one friend in the comments of the giveaway post.
Each qualifying comment counts as one entry. Entrants may comment more than once, with each separate comment tagging a different individual counting as one additional entry, up to a maximum of five entries per person per drawing. Tagging the same individual more than once, tagging business or non-personal accounts, or tagging accounts that do not belong to real individuals will not count as valid entries.
Alternate free method of entry. No Instagram account, follow, or tag is required to enter. To enter without using Instagram, send an email to info@atriummedspa.com with the subject line “Razor Retirement Giveaway” and include your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and the name of the Co-Host studio for the drawing you wish to enter. Emails must be received during the applicable entry period. Limit one entry per person per drawing by this method. Entries submitted by this method have an equal chance of winning.
All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, submitted outside the entry period, or that do not comply with these Official Rules are void. Use of any automated system, bot, script, or multiple accounts to enter will void all of that entrant’s entries and may result in disqualification.
5. Prize
Drawing No. 1: one (1) six-session laser hair removal package for the underarm area. Approximate retail value: $600.00 USD.
For subsequent drawings, the prize and its approximate retail value will be stated in the applicable Instagram post.
One (1) prize will be awarded per drawing. Total number of prizes to be awarded across the series will depend on the number of drawings conducted.
Prize conditions. The prize is non-transferable, may not be substituted or exchanged by the winner, and has no cash value. The prize has no cash redemption value and no credit will be issued for any unused portion.
All treatments must be performed at Sponsor’s Upper Saddle River, New Jersey location. The winner must complete a consultation with a licensed provider prior to the first treatment and must be determined to be an appropriate candidate for the treatment. If in the professional judgment of Sponsor’s provider the winner is not an appropriate candidate for the treatment, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries. No substitute prize, service, or cash equivalent will be offered to a winner determined not to be an appropriate candidate.
All six sessions must be scheduled and completed within twelve (12) months of the date the winner is notified. Sessions are subject to appointment availability and to Sponsor’s standard cancellation policy.
Any scheduled appointment that the winner fails to attend, or cancels outside Sponsor’s stated cancellation window, will be deducted from the six-session package and treated as if the session had been provided. No make-up session will be offered for a missed appointment. Any sessions not scheduled and completed within the twelve-month period are forfeited.
The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes associated with receipt of the prize, and for all costs and expenses not expressly stated as included, including travel to and from Sponsor’s location.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. Winner selection and notification
One (1) winner per drawing will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the applicable entry period. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Drawing No. 1: the winner will be selected and announced on or about October 3, 2026.
The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message from @atriummedspa, or by email if entry was made by the alternate method. The winner must respond and provide any requested information within five (5) days of the date notification is sent. If the winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, is found ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Sponsor may require the winner to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and, where lawful, a publicity release prior to receiving the prize.
Sponsor will never ask a winner for payment, banking information, or a credit card number in connection with this promotion. Sponsor will announce winners only from the verified @atriummedspa account. Entrants should disregard any message requesting payment or financial information.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor and the applicable Co-Host to use the winner’s first name, city and state, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation.
Use of a winner’s photographs, before-and-after images, or treatment results requires the winner’s separate written consent and is not a condition of receiving the prize.
8. Release and limitation of liability
By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, the applicable Co-Host, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability, claims, injury, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with participation in this promotion or acceptance, receipt, use or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled, incomplete, or not received for any reason, nor for any technical failures, network or platform errors, or any interruption or unavailability of Instagram.
Medical treatments carry inherent risks, which will be reviewed with the winner during consultation and are addressed in Sponsor’s standard consent forms. Receipt of the prize does not create a provider-patient relationship until consultation and consent are completed.
9. General conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this promotion or any individual drawing if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, and to select winners from eligible entries received prior to such action.
This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Winners list
For the name of the winner of any drawing in this series, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Atrium Medspa, Attn: Razor Retirement Giveaway, 380 NJ-17, Upper Saddle River, NJ 07458, within sixty (60) days of the applicable drawing date.
