Types of Fillers
- Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Fillers: We’re proud to offer the Juvederm® collection of fillers, one of the most established and trusted products the industry.
- PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Fillers: Utilizes your body’s own growth factors to rejuvenate skin and restore volume. Great for improving texture, tone, elasticity, fine lines, and even acne scars by stimulating collagen production over time.
- Poly-L-Lactic Acid Filler (Sculptra®): This unique injectable stimulates your body’s own collagen production, gradually restoring global facial volume and smoothing lines and folds. Sculptra delivers pan-facial rejuvenation with subtle, long-lasting results, often lasting up to two years. It’s especially useful for hollow cheeks, temples, chin, jawline, and overall facial contouring.
Deoxycholic Acid (Kybella®)
Kybella is a targeted injectable that can help reduce submental fullness (“double chin”) by dissolving under-chin fat. Not all fullness is suitable for Kybella, so a consultation is recommended to see if you are a candidate.
Frequently Asked Questions
Your journey begins with a personalized consultation where we assess your facial anatomy, skin condition, and aesthetic goals. Together, we’ll create a tailored plan that may include wrinkle relaxers, dermal fillers, collagen stimulators, or fat-dissolving treatments—ensuring natural, balanced results that align with your unique features.
Wrinkle relaxers (such as Botox®, Dysport®, or Jeuveau®) work by gently relaxing the muscles responsible for expression lines—ideal for smoothing areas like the forehead, crow’s feet, and frown lines. Dermal fillers, such as Juvederm and Evolysse, on the other hand, restore lost volume and contour facial features using hyaluronic acid or collagen-stimulating materials. Many clients combine both for comprehensive facial rejuvenation.
Longevity varies depending on the product and treatment area. Most hyaluronic acid fillers last 9–18 months. Collagen stimulators such as Sculptra® may last up to two years or more as your body naturally builds new collagen over time.
There’s minimal downtime. Some clients experience light redness, swelling, or pinpoint bruising at the injection sites, which usually resolves within a few days. Most patients return to normal activity right after treatment—though we recommend avoiding strenuous exercise, alcohol, or facial massage for 24 hours to ensure optimal results.
When performed by trained medical professionals using FDA-approved products, injectables are very safe. Your provider will review your medical history, discuss potential side effects, and ensure your treatment is appropriate for your skin and health profile.
Yes. At Atrium, our aesthetic philosophy centers on balance and subtlety. We use advanced techniques and a detailed understanding of facial anatomy to enhance your features—not change them—so you look refreshed, not “overdone.”
Absolutely. Many clients enhance their results by pairing injectables with complementary therapies such as microneedling, laser treatments, or facials. In some cases, the order in which these treatments are performed matters. Our providers can design a phased treatment plan to safely and effectively achieve your desired outcome.
