Cancellation Policy

You’d appreciate if we’ re on time for your appointment. These policies help us do that.

Effective policy date: October 18, 2025

This policy is being disclosed to you, the cardholder, to comply with credit card company requirements informing you of the following specifications related to canceling services that are being booked with Atrium Medspa through the Boulevard booking platform.  By booking an appointment through this platform, you are acknowledging your understanding of the policy, the requirements, and are subject to the following terms:

• Appointments can be canceled by you, the cardholder, without a cancellation fee being applied if commenced a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your appointment.
• If you, the cardholder, do not inform us of cancellation and do not arrive for your appointment (“no-show”); you will be subject to the following fees, charged to your credit card on file:
  • For non-injectable services, a fee of 50% of the full price of the scheduled service(s) (e.g. without any applied or advertised discounts).
  • For injectable services, a flat fee of $300 of the full price of the scheduled service(s) (e.g. without any applied or advertised discounts).
• To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late appointment arrivals (≥ 15 minutes after scheduled appointment start) impacting the completion of service will be subject to a $100 late arrival fee, and your appointment will be rescheduled.
• As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.
• Applicable taxes and fees will be retained and remitted.
