Cancellation Policy

You’d appreciate if we’re on time for your appointment. These policies help us do that.

This policy is being disclosed to you, the cardholder, to comply with credit card company requirements informing you of the following specifications related to canceling services that are being booked with Atrium Medspa through the Boulevard booking platform.  By booking an appointment through this platform, you are acknowledging your understanding of the policy, the requirements, and are subject to the following terms:

• Appointments can be canceled by you, the cardholder, without a cancellation fee being applied if commenced a minimum of 24 hours before the scheduled start time of your appointment. Any deposits paid to secure the appointment are nonrefundable, but will be held as a credit for future use.
• If you, the cardholder, do not inform us of cancellation and do not arrive for your appointment (“no-show”); you will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee, charged to your credit card on file.
• To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Late appointment arrivals (≥ 15 minutes after scheduled appointment start) impacting the completion of service will be subject to a $100 late arrival fee, and your appointment will be rescheduled.
• As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 72 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client.
• Applicable taxes and fees will be retained and remitted.
