Aesthetician
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in advanced skincare treatments and demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care in a high-end environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of premium aesthetic treatments, including but not limited to:
- Advanced facials
- Lymphatic Drainage facials
- Hydrafacial treatments
- Chemical peels
- Other cutting-edge skincare procedures as qualified
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations, creating personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals and expectations.
- Provide expert skincare advice and recommend appropriate at-home care regimens to complement in-spa treatments.
- Assist injectors and other medical professionals as needed, including room preparation and patient care support.
- Maintain treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic treatments and skincare products, incorporating new techniques and technologies into practice.
- Maintain detailed patient records and ensure adherence to all relevant protocols and regulations.
- Actively participate in retail product sales, educating clients on the benefits of professional-grade skincare products.

Qualifications:
- Current aesthetician license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-end spa setting
- Proven track record of performing advanced facial treatments and chemical peels
- Experience with luxury skincare lines and willingness to expand product knowledge
- Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Basic computer skills for managing patient records and scheduling

Licensed Massage Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate NJ-Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis. Duties
- Perform professional massage therapy sessions including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy tailored to individual patient needs
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend suitable treatment options for pain management and occupational health concerns
- Maintain detailed records of treatments, patient progress, and treatment outcomes in compliance with medical terminology standards
- Ensure a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for clients at all times
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive wellness plans when necessary
- Stay current with industry best practices, new techniques, and advancements in physiology and anatomy knowledge
Skills
- Proven experience in patient service with excellent customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
- Expertise in deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
- Ability to perform patient assessment accurately and adapt treatments accordingly
- Familiarity with occupational health considerations related to workplace ergonomics and injury prevention
- Prior med spa experience is highly desirable but not required
- Exceptional communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
