Certified Physician Assistant

Nicole, our Lead Aesthetic Injector, brings a wealth of experience in advanced injectable treatments and non-surgical facial rejuvenation. A board-certified Physician Assistant, she is highly skilled in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and energy-based devices, and is dedicated to delivering the latest, most effective techniques to her clients.

Nicole started her career in medical aesthetics in Hoboken, where she spent several years at a busy, high-volume practice, before moving to Bergen County. She says that her approach centers around understanding her clients’ goals and expectations at the outset, and developing treatment plans that have their best interests at heart.

Faye

Licensed Aesthetician

Faye is a dedicated aesthetician with a passion for enhancing her clients’ well-being through customized skincare treatments and personalized at-home care plans. With a career rooted in the belief that self-care is essential, she provides a calming environment where clients can unwind, decompress, and prioritize their skin health.

Faye’s approach is centered on education, empowering clients to understand the best treatment options for their unique needs and guiding them towards effective home care routines. Licensed Aesthetician

Juliet is a licensed aesthetician with extensive experience delivering customized facials and advanced skincare treatments to help clients look and feel their best. With a background spanning spa, medical, and retail environments, she creates a welcoming, results-driven experience where clients can relax while prioritizing their skin health.

Juliet’s earlier career in beauty writing and social media deepened her understanding of trends and innovations in aesthetics, allowing her to clearly communicate treatment benefits and empower clients with practical skincare knowledge. Committed to ongoing growth, she continually refines her skills and stays current on emerging technologies, aiming to inspire confidence and support healthy, radiant skin at every stage of her clients’ journeys.

Mike

Medical Director

Born and raised in NY/NJ, Michael Klein, MD, FACS is board-certified in General Surgery as well as Surgical Critical Care. As a practicing trauma surgeon and surgical intensivist in New York City, Dr. Klein is committed to quality, evidence-based care in both the acute care setting, as well as in wellness and aesthetic medicine. He is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, did his surgical training at SUNY Downstate, and completed his fellowship in Trauma Surgery and Surgical Critical Care at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Outside of his duties at Atrium, Dr. Klein’s major interests include medical and surgical education, giving back to the community by teaching trauma resuscitation to EMS providers in New York State, and doing research; his major research interest is the use of high-fidelity operative surgical simulation to train surgeons to effectively handle high-acuity, low-occurrence operative traumatic injuries. Dr. Klein is the author of over 24 peer‑reviewed publications, multiple newspaper and print articles, 25 abstracts, and a medical technology patent. He has been named as “Most Cited” and “Most Press Mentions” by Doximity in 2022 and 2023, and continues to give invited talks both regionally and nationally.
