Registered Nurse

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in aesthetic nursing and demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care in a high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including:
  • Taking and recording vital signs
  • Conducting thorough health histories
  • Evaluating patients’ overall wellness and aesthetic concerns
  • Administer IV hydration therapy treatments, including:
  • Preparing and managing IV infusions
  • Monitoring patients during treatment
  • Educating patients on the benefits and aftercare of IV therapy
  • Assist injectors and other medical professionals with various aesthetic procedures, such as:
  • Preparing treatment rooms and equipment
  • Assisting with patient positioning and comfort
  • Monitoring patients during and after procedures
  • Provide patient education on pre- and post-treatment care, potential side effects, and expected outcomes of various aesthetic procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with medical and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with the medical director and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of nursing protocols and standard operating procedures.

  • Qualifications:
  • Current RN license in good standing in the state of New Jersey
  • Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
  • BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Experience with IV line placement and fluid administration
  • Knowledge of common aesthetic procedures and treatments
  • Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced massage therapist with additional expertise in stretch coaching to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in various massage modalities and stretching techniques, demonstrating a commitment to delivering outstanding patient care in a high-end environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of premium massage therapies, including but not limited to:
    • Swedish massage
    • Deep tissue massage
    • Sports massage
    • Hot stone massage
    • Aromatherapy massage
    • Lymphatic drainage massage
  • Provide personalized stretch coaching sessions, focusing on:
    • Improving flexibility and range of motion
    • Enhancing posture and body alignment
    • Alleviating muscle tension and pain
  • Customizing stretching routines for individual client needs
  • Conducting thorough client consultations, creating personalized treatment plans that align with client goals and expectations.
  • Integrate massage and stretching techniques to optimize client wellness and recovery.
  • Maintain detailed client records and ensure adherence to all relevant protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other spa professionals to provide comprehensive care plans for clients.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in massage therapy and stretch coaching techniques, incorporating new methods into practice.
